We are both Scottish Terriers.
Do not be confused, there are blonde colored Scotties.
They are Black, Brindle, and Wheaten colors of Scotties.

Who are we? How did we get started?

Good question. I'm glad you asked that.

We are 2 very well-behaved Scottish Terriers that have been blessed with loving parents that allow us to travel and explore the world like most humans want to do.

We have been able to ride in trains, planes, boats/ferries, buses, metro systems and more. Places we have stayed in range from 5-star hotels to tents on the side of the road. We've swam in 3 oceans, played on a few mountain ranges and experienced all extreme weather. Our adventures have just gotten started and we are looking forward to where they takes us next. It might be a trip to Mexico, East coast USA, Hawaii, Asia, Canada or maybe a book deal? Who knows, we are just enjoying sharing our videos/pictures of our trips, and our life experiences. We hope you enjoy our website.

It all started when Mom and Dad got a digital camera. They started snapping random shots of us around the house doing normal things like sleeping, eating, tricks and doing cute things we do all the time. Mom and dad really liked to take them when we did things with our brother Cooper (he is a grey tabby kitty). Cooper isn't lucky enough to travel with us, but he is really cool. Who else will allow me to put my mouth around his head and be happy about it? Anyway, back to OUR story of how we got started... (Cooper does have his own slide show though, if you wanted to see him).

The first photo shoot I remember posing for, was our family photo when Kenzie was a puppy. At the time it was 6 Scotties posing on a couch. It was craziness, but we got through it amazingly.

Our next official shoot was when we had just gotten back from a weekend at Lake Chelan, WA. We decided to take a drive to Mount Rainer, WA National Park and take advantage of the beautiful views and the September weather (2005). We toured the trails near the parking lot and picnic area to see the mountain. It was great and we got some great photos. We didn't realize at that moment that it could possibly be the start of something much bigger, but you could just tell there was something special about us.

It wasn't until our parents took us to Europe in February 2006. We had planned on living there for 6 months. We had only been there a week, while we were on a walk in Milan, Italy when inspiration hit. We just instantly knew what to do, sit, look at the camera, smile, and stay. We made this look simple from the get go. Lucky for us, the more photos we had taken the more mom and dad began to realize how special what we were doing was. We got them to take us around town, buy us new collars, and eventually take us to stay at 4 and 5 star hotels, treating us like the royalty we are. I'm so glad they learned who's the boss in this household. We got to see a lot of things on our first trip to Europe. We saw the President of Portugal get inaugurated, and take residence in his Presidential palace (which was 2 blocks from where we were staying). In Rome, the Pope selected his 15 cardinals. We were the only dogs in St. Peters Square that day. It was awesome. We got anointed with the Holy water and I think more people were interested in seeing us than the Pope.

We also saw neat things like the Pantheon. Did you know that's a church? We went right up to the door to take our photo there. We were so scared we would get in trouble, the security woman came up and asked Mom and Dad something, and took our camera away. We didn't know what to do... Luckily, the security woman came back with a smile on her face, she was so amazed at our photos that she had to take it in the back to show them to all the people in the back office. She believed we were worth taking pictures of.

In late March we were having a fabulous time, everything was going so well, until we hit Naples. It was as if the sky fell down on us and the decision was made to go home. We came back with a huge amount of photos that were so perfect. We shared them with our friends and family, and all we heard from them was "They are so cute, I can't wait to see more, are you going make a book with them?". Well we decided right then, we needed more photos to do that...

How do we do that? Take photos locally. The Tulip festival in Mt. Vernon, Seattle city sights and plan a road trip in the USA. So on June 16th, we started a driving tour. We went from Seattle all the way down to LA, then through Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and back to Washington State. We saw so much in those 2 weeks, it was great.

Even after 120 more photos from our driving tour, we still need more photos. So we went back to Europe yet again.

At least now we got some of our photos up on our very own dedicated website, and now have our own calander on CafePress, they are 17.99 each, but only of our Europe trip so far.

We are working on our 1st photo book, hopefully that'll be available sometime in 2008.
So check back often to see more photos and when we have the book all finished. Thanks for being our loyal supporter.
